NAVAREA XI - Chongqing MSA

Yuhang Navigation Warning 133/26, the vessel "Chong Lun Changjiang Yun Fan" plans to conduct a navigation test from Fuling Zhongjiang Shipyard (Yangtze River Upper Channel Mileage 509.5km) to Fengdu Gaojia Town (Yangtze River Upper Channel Mileage 460.0km). Planned operation timing: scheduled to depart downstream from Zhongjiang Shipyard at 0900 hours on March 26, 2026, conducting anchoring and turning tests in the waters between Wangjiagou White Buoy and Hengbanshi White Buoy (Yangtze River Upper Channel Mileage 508.5km-507.5km), continue downstream at 0940 hours, turn back upstream at Gaojia Town at 1230 hours, conduct stopping, steering, and Z-type maneuvering tests between Dahuwan #2 Red Buoy and Langxi White Buoy (Yangtze River Upper Channel Mileage 465km-475km) at 1240 hours, complete the navigation test upstream by 1540 hours, and return to Zhongjiang Shipyard at 1900 hours. Passing vessels are requested to enhance lookout, actively contact the test vessel, clarify dynamics, unify passage intentions early, and operate cautiously for safety.

COASTAL WARNING WEST 132/26, the vessel "Yingtian 035" plans to conduct a navigation test from Wanzhou Tanshao Creek (Yangtze River Upper Reach 344km) to Wanzhou Qingyu Reef (Yangtze River Upper Reach 381km). Planned operation time: scheduled to depart Tanshao Creek at 1000 on March 26, 2026, heading upstream, arriving at Baifeng to Linjiang Temple (Yangtze River Upper Reach 355km-361km) at 1110 for anchoring, stopping, turning, steering, and Z-type maneuvering tests, completing upstream navigation tests by 1300, turning around at Qingyu Reef at 1400, and returning to Tanshao Creek by 1630. Passing vessels should enhance lookout, proactively contact the test vessel to identify movements, agree on intentions early, and operate cautiously to ensure safety.

COASTAL WARNING WEST 131/26, Thick fog has appeared in the waters from Chongqing Fengdu Yangtze River Bridge to Fengwei Dam (Yangtze River upstream channel mileage 490-480KM), with visibility less than 500 meters. The Chongqing Maritime Safety Administration implemented temporary traffic control on the above waters at 0740 on March 24, prohibiting all vessels from navigating or conducting construction operations in the controlled waters. Please plan for vessels to choose safe anchorage areas in advance, follow the on-site command of local maritime management agencies for safety. The lifting time of the control will be decided by the local maritime management agencies based on actual conditions and will not be notified separately.

Yuhang Warning 130/26, dense fog has appeared in the waters from Chongqing Yongchuan Jieshi Pan to He Kou (Yangtze River Upper Reaches, Channel Mileage 824.7-788.8KM), with visibility less than 500 meters. The Chongqing Maritime Safety Administration implemented temporary traffic control in the aforementioned waters at 1817 hours on March 23, prohibiting all ships from navigating or conducting construction operations within the controlled waters. Ships planning to pass through are requested to anchor in safe waters in advance and follow the on-site command of the local maritime management agency for safety. The time for lifting the control will be decided by the local maritime management agency based on actual conditions and will not be further notified.

Yuhan Navigation Warning 129/26, all vessels please note, from Masangxi Bridge in Banan, Chongqing to Huachaomen (Yangtze River upper channel mileage 682-700KM), dense fog has resulted in visibility of less than 500 meters. The Chongqing Maritime Safety Administration has imposed temporary traffic control on the aforementioned waters from 0720 hours on March 23. All vessels are prohibited from navigating or conducting operations in the controlled waters. Vessels intending to pass through should choose a safe anchorage in advance and follow the on-site commands of the local maritime management authorities to ensure safety. The time for lifting the control will be decided by the local maritime management authorities based on actual conditions and will not be further notified.

Navigation Warning 128/26, Vessel “Zhong Lun Ji 3001” plans to conduct a navigation test from Fuling Zhongjiang Shipyard (Yangtze River upstream channel mileage 509.5 km) to Fengdu Gaojia Town (Yangtze River upstream channel mileage 460.0 km). Scheduled operation time: It is scheduled to depart from Zhongjiang Shipyard downstream at 1000 hours on March 20, 2026, conducting anchor and turning tests in the Wangjiagou Baifeng to Hengbanshi Baifeng waters (Yangtze River upstream channel mileage 508.5 km-507.5 km), continue downstream at 1030 hours, turn around at Gaojia Town at 1330 hours, conduct stop, steering, and Z-type maneuvering tests from Dahua Bay #2 Red Buoy to Langxi Baifeng (Yangtze River upstream channel mileage 465 km-472 km) at 1340 hours, complete navigation tests upstream by 1540 hours, and arrive at Zhongjiang Shipyard at 1800 hours. Passing vessels are requested to enhance lookout, proactively contact the trial vessel, clarify movements, unify meeting intentions in advance, and operate cautiously to ensure safety.

COASTAL WARNING WEST127/26, the vessel "KAI XING 1307" is scheduled to conduct a navigation trial from Fengdu Kefa Shipyard (Yangtze River Upper Channel Mileage 478km) to Fengdu Maozishi (Yangtze River Upper Channel Mileage 453km). Planned operating time: scheduled to depart from Kefa Shipyard on March 18, 2026, at 1000 hours and head downstream, arrive at Langxi Baifu to Dahewan #2 red buoy waters (Yangtze River Upper Channel Mileage 475km-465km) at 1015 hours to conduct anchoring, stopping, turning, steering, and Z-type maneuvering tests, complete the navigation trial downstream at 1330 hours, reach Maozishi waters and return at 1530 hours, and arrive at Kefa Shipyard at 1730 hours. Passing vessels are advised to enhance their lookout, proactively contact the trial vessel, clarify movements, unify intentions in advance, and operate cautiously to ensure safety.

YU NAVIGATION ALERT 126/26: The vessel "Yuan Yang 9803" is scheduled to conduct a navigation experiment from Guojiazui, Fuling (Yangtze River upper channel mileage 532.4 km) to Gaojiazhen, Fengdu (Yangtze River upper channel mileage 460.0 km). Scheduled operation time: Set to depart Guojiazui downstream at 0930 hours on March 17, 2026, and arrive at Shangshatuobai Buoy to Hengbanshibai Buoy waters (Yangtze River upper channel mileage 509.5 km-507.5 km) at 1100 hours to conduct anchoring, stopping, turning, steering, and Z-shaped maneuver tests. The navigation experiment is expected to be completed and continue downstream by 1300 hours, reaching Gaojiazhen to turn around at 1530 hours and returning to Guojiazui at 1800 hours. Passing vessels are advised to keep a lookout, actively contact the test navigation vessel, identify movements, coordinate intentions early, operate cautiously to ensure safety.
