To all vessels and relevant units:
Hereby announcing relevant matters regarding the operation of "Ji Hang 65" towing "E Huanggang Dun 0099" as follows:
I. Towing time: March 18, 2026.
II. Overview of the towing fleet:
- Towed object: "E Huanggang Dun 0099", a service-type floating facility, total length 69 meters, width 12.96 meters, depth 2.6 meters.
- Tugboat: "Ji Hang 65".
- Towing method: Adopts bound towing fleet method, "Ji Hang 65" right side bound towing "E Huanggang Dun 0099", the total length of the fleet after formation is 87 meters, total width is 27.2 meters, maximum height above water is 17.5 meters.
III. Navigation waters:
From the Sanjiang Dongshun Shipyard Wharf, Ezhou City to the Taipingxi Port Passenger Terminal Wharf, Yiling District, Yichang City.
IV. Precautions:
(a) The towing fleet should display signals as required, strengthen watchkeeping, monitor and broadcast vessel movement on relevant channels, and implement all navigation safety assurance measures.
(b) Passing vessels should maintain a sharp lookout, closely monitor the dynamics of the towing fleet, strengthen communication, navigate cautiously, and stay as far away as possible from the towing fleet.
(c) No further notice will be issued after the towing operation is completed.
